At SurfQuest, we want you to be completely satisfied with your towels and blankets. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of your product, we’re here to help.
1. Quality Guarantee
If your SurfQuest towel or blanket arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, you must submit a return or exchange request within 30 days of delivery.
Once your request is approved and the item is received, you may choose:

An exchange for a new product, or
-
A refund minus original shipping costs
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange:

Contact our Customer Service team (link provided below) with your order number and a description of the issue.

Provide photos showing the damage or defect.

Once your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item.
3. Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be:

The original product you received.

Unused and unwashed.

Returned with any original labels or packaging, if possible.
4. Refund Details

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Any additional shipping costs incurred during the return or exchange process may be deducted from your refund.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be issued. Please allow several business days for processing.
5. Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange:

A replacement will be sent once the returned item is received and inspected.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
6. Exceptions

Returns requested after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.

Returns due solely to customer preference (e.g., color/size choice) are not included under this quality-focused policy.
