# Return & Exchange Policy

### At **SurfQuest**, we want you to be completely satisfied with your towels and blankets. If for any reason you are **not satisfied with the quality** of your product, we’re here to help.

### **1. Quality Guarantee**

If your SurfQuest towel or blanket arrives **damaged** or contains a **manufacturing defect**, you must submit a return or exchange request **within 30 days of delivery**.

Once your request is approved and the item is received, you may choose:

- An exchange for a new product, or
- A refund **minus original shipping costs**

### **2. How to Request a Return or Exchange**

To initiate a return or exchange:

- Contact our Customer Service team (link provided below) with your **order number** and a description of the issue.
- Provide **photos** showing the damage or defect.
- Once your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item.

### **3. Condition of Returned Items**

Returned items must be:

- The **original product** you received.
- **Unused and unwashed**.
- Returned with any original labels or packaging, if possible.

### **4. Refund Details**

- Refunds will be issued to the **original payment method**.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Any additional shipping costs incurred during the return or exchange process may be deducted from your refund.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be issued. Please allow several business days for processing.

### **5. Exchanges**

If you prefer an exchange:

- A replacement will be sent once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Exchanges are subject to **product availability**.

### **6. Exceptions**

- Returns requested **after 30 days** from delivery will not be accepted.
- Returns due solely to customer preference (e.g., color/size choice) are **not included** under this quality-focused policy.
