The inspiration for SurfQuest grew from these experiences: a desire to take the most iconic and historic images in surfing and transform them into beautiful, soft, and warm woven beach towels and blankets for beach lovers everywhere.
The story of SurfQuest is the story of my own Endless Summer, beginning in 1963 and spanning 53 years of surf travel to legendary destinations across the US East Coast, Gulf Coast, West Coast, Hawaii, Mexico, Barbados, Tortola, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, Bali, Nusa Lembongan, and Australia. Along the way, I had the privilege of surfing with friends, heroes, Pipeline Masters champions, and world champions.
